Yeah, so far the university accommodation service has only turned up one thing; it's a three-bedroom house and would be pretty expensive for two people, and I don't think there are going to be a lot of flats with landlords that would allow you to keep cats. I know more stuff will stand to become available after Easter, though. I'll have a chat with my friend once things calm down a bit. (The cats are not, of course, essential, but...um...for me, at least, they're important enough to me that I'm willing to go through a certain amount of faff before sighing wistfully and letting them go.)
