A) People who have been tagged may write their answers on their blogs & replace any question that they dislike with a new question formulated by themselves. (May we indeed? Well, that's very generous of you, meme.)
B) Tag 8 people to do this quiz & those who are tagged cannot refuse (allegedly). These people must state who they were tagged by & cannot tag the person whom they were tagged by. Continue this game by sending it to other people.
Before we begin, allow me to say that the grammar imposed upon these instructions bothers me hugely.
01. What is essential for your happiness?
Being pleasantly busy in a way that involves the things I love most. Being engaged intellectually. My friends. Love *tragic sigh* Oh, and tea. Yes. The tea is important.
02. What clothes are you wearing at the moment? Jeans That Fit (the joy!). Brown shirt. Bra. Pants. Socks. Trainers. Watch. Earrings. Necklace. Your mum.
03. What games did you recently finish?
I recently managed to finish your mum...um, I'm afraid the last game I finished was Pokémon Red. I'm not really that sort of geek.
04. What is your favourite scent?
I wear YSL Roses de Paris, but although it's what I smell like I wouldn't say it's my favourite scent. It depends. What sort of air am I breathing? Am I walking by a kitchen? Are you giving me a hug? Am I washing my hair? Am I outdoors? Am I washing my hair outdoors? ...why?
05. What books are you reading at the moment?
Trying to get back into Sense and Sensibility. (note: I started this book at the age of nine.) Just finished Tess of the D'Urbervilles, am currently reading Gomorrah, will be moving on to War and Peace in the not-too-distant future. Oh, and I'm reading Nights at the Circus.
06. What do you drink the most?
Tea, orange juice, water, tea.
07. Do you trust easily?
Yes. It's a problem.
08. Who was your first big crush?
YOU.
09. What did you want to be when you grew up?
A...vet, I think. And a writer. The second one stuck.
10. Do you have a good body-image?
...ish?
11. Do you have an LJ crush?
Nope.
12. What websites do you visit daily?
LJ, Facebook (not that I ever do anything on it; it's mainly just to poke back the people who've poked me), webcomics, blogs.
13. Random pet peeve?
I hate when I get on the bus and someone's sitting in the seat I have (mentally) marked as mine. I'm sorry, random people. I have nothing against you at all, I know this is totally irrational of me, but you're really, really sitting in my place. (I also hate that sometimes the Input Signal toolbar pops up when I press Ctrl+I.)

She's my sister. Naturally I can't stand her, although I do love her to bits and pieces.
15. What's the last song that got stuck in your head?
Bad Moon Rising. DAMN YOU, SUPERNATURAL.
16. What's your favourite item of clothing?
My yukata. But right now? Jeans! Jeans that fit!
17. What do you like to give and what do you like to receive?
Love. Warm, steeped-for-between-three-and-five-minutes love.
18. What's the book you've read most times?
Um...well. Hm. Um. Oh, this is hard.
19. Is there anything you want so bad right now?
Yes.
20. What should you be doing right now?
I don't actually have that many demands on my time. As long as I'm in a doctor's surgery for 8.30 tomorrow morning and show up at the hairdressers' a few hours later, my list of short-term tasks is pretty nonexistent. Maybe I should be in bed.
21. Where do you plan on travelling to in the next year?
I'm off to Japan next month. Um. Yes. That's my big adventure.
